Dragan Event Attire bonus as long as you wear it:

• 5% chance that enemies in Castle Ravencaw drop additional Cursed Pearls
• 2% chance that Dragan drops an Empowered Cursed Pearl
• 50% increased Elemental-charged Pearl drop stack size
• 10% increased Raven Pearl drop stack size
• The End of Dragan will definitely drop a Shoulders of the Black Knight, a Helmet of the Black Knight and a Cape of the Black Knight

Note: that the attire can only be used for 31 days and only during the «Return of Dragan».

Buying the attire also unlocks the respective skin for equipment customization.
